Terms and conditions

• Applicable to all Electrolux products, whether within the warranty period or expired, as listed above.
• Customers can register for product inspection service by calling the Electrolux Customer Service Hotline at 1800 58 88 99 (toll-free).
• Only applicable to end consumers with products damaged by storms or floods. Cases involving business or commercial purposes, or damage caused by other reasons, will follow Electrolux Vietnam’s current warranty policy.
• Depending on actual conditions, inspections may take 3 to 5 working days from the time the request is received.
• Electrolux will make every effort to repair and restore the equipment; however, for cases of severe damage where repair is not possible or replacement parts are unavailable, Electrolux reserves the right to decide on the appropriate support plan.
